The South African Centre for Epidemiological Modelling and Analysis (SACEMA) is interested in working on all stages of incidence estimation studies, including:

  • Study design
  • Proposal development
  • Analysis of data from on-going and completed studies
  • Development and characterisation of recent infection tests

Depending on the scope of potential involvement, SACEMA is available for

  • Free ad hoc support for the downloadable tools
  • Contract-based participation in any stage of incidence estimation projects
  • Collaborative development of projects leading to joint proposals and research output
  • Developing and delivering training materials and workshops
